I'm Andrea, and I'm passionate about a different approach to health - one that meets the unique challenges of today's world.

My Journey
In 2016, I was searching for help with anxiety I'd carried since I was fifteen. I didn't want medication. I wanted something that would actually work with my body, not just mask symptoms. When I discovered BodyTalk through a newspaper ad, something resonated immediately.
That first session showed me what was possible. I didn't realize how much I'd been holding inside, or that my body had been trying to communicate all along. The anxiety shifted in ways nothing else had touched. But more than relief, I gained something profound - understanding. Partnership with my own system.
I knew immediately I wanted to learn this work and offer it to others.
My Training & Philosophy
I'm a certified BodyTalk Practitioner with advanced training, an Integrative CranioSacral Therapist, a Reiki Practitioner, and trained in the Veltheim Method of Lymphatic Drainage. Each modality deepened my understanding of how the body heals when given the right conditions.
What excites me about these approaches is that they're preventative as much as they're healing. Yes, they address pain, anxiety, chronic conditions - but they also optimize how your whole system functions. They help you tune into what your body needs before small issues become big ones. They build resilience, vitality, and the kind of deep wellness that transforms quality of life.
